I got the 8500 and I think it's great but I have one question. Can each contact have more than one voicetag? I seem to be able to have only one voice tag per contact.

Yes, there is only one voice tage per listing in your phonebook.

You can create seprate entries in your PB to get around it.
1 listing as Dave Home
1 listing as Dave Cell
