Default 9500 tech question

1. My phone will not accept phone calls, goes RIGHT to voice mail. I must have hit the wrong button, how do I fix?

2. Can I increase the font size of my displayed numbers as I dial?

3. Just had the phone delivered 9 June. How do I know if I have the latest firmware (111.03) ?

Thanks

If your phone will not accept 100% of incoming calls but will make outgoing calls you will probably need to contact Verizon, as the phone may not be properly set up in their system.

Default 9500 tech question

Thanks guys. I did do the *228, but apparently not the *86 to set up voice mail. Works fine now.

I officially made a decision to keep the 9500 (i really do like it) by purchasing $100 worth of accessories (extended battery, car charger, xtra std charger).

I had my std battery replaced today because it died after total of 15 minutes on the phone. Guess I have to do the complete "conditioning" and all will be okay. I hope.
