I know it's a pretty new phone, but I'm just trying to track down the programming code for this particular model. I work at Virgin Mobile, and they don't want to tell us these things. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Try ##20022002 and then hit END then enter your SPC code and you should be in.

Dude, thanks. I appreciate it. However, I do still have one problem . . . is this SPC code going to be different with various carriers? I know the SPC code for another menu (111111), however this is not the same for the ##20022002 menu.

The SPC Code is based on the ESN for some carriers, it is defaulted on "000000"
