If the phone lets you do this, within 10 seconds of powerup, dial in 2-8-9-Func.key-#-1. This gets you to the programming mode and I am guessing that there will be a master reset option that should among other things unlock the phone. Worth a try. Suliman |

This works on the CDM 9500, may or may not work on your phone. *courtesy of cellphonehacks.com* Have the phone powered on: Simultaneously press RCL # 2 and press the power key. The screen should change to a test mode. Enter 127 for the secure code, the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th digit is the secure code. Ex: 21328344 is code: 1234. Pull the battery off, put it back on, power up and try that code. If it doesn't work, go back into that test mode and enter 128 for lock code; the code reads the same way: 2nd, 4th and so on. Hopefully that helps. Unfortunately, CS employees don't know much about these backdoor tricks. You are responsible for anything that may go wrong in the testmode programming... ie: don't enter any other numbers FYI, The phone is locked then, when you try to enter the puk code more than 10 times it fries it, The puk is the personal Identification code, so if some one steals the phone and don't know the code it renders the phone useless. |
