Amazing how politic's play into this & I am sure with the new administration taking over has alot to do with the delays, Almost a year for what seems like a small carrier merger with AT&T seems excessive, as for the concerns for PR I can see part of that but why not have them diversify some of it or do they want AT&T to end it's partnership with America Movil? interesting.

The Justice Department has OK'd the deal. Story on Bloomberg:

AT&T Centennial Purchase Cleared by Antitrust Agency

They are still waiting on FCC approval.
