New att Motorola Razer 3... Brought off e-bay, shipped from Hong Kong...

Having problems getting on the internet... updated & verified all setting through web sessions.. Talk to att support & verified... still having the same problems ... can anyone help
also cant send or receive pictures...

Could you be more specific about the model number? There is something missing in your identification of the phone model.
If you mean the RAZR V3, did you make the new connection the default after you change it? There is a V3xx which is a triband model. This phone does not have the 850 MHz band in some international versions. If AT&T is using the 850 MHz band for data, your phone will not connect.
