Question iPhone Roaming

Is there a way to force an iPhone to roam on another network? If so, how?

Thanks!

You cannot use another network if there's no roaming agreement.

Here's some information about joining or excluding networks:

You can only force roaming when you are outside the US, and there are multiple carriers available. An extra menu will show up where you can search for networks, and then pick the one you wish to roam on.

The other way is to have an unlocked iPhone and insert the other carrier's SIM card, the way some have done for Tmobile. But that is not really roaming.
