|  new phone no service
ok everyone i have a problem i ordered a phone from ebay and its said to be unlocked but i when i insert the sim card the phone reads on service does anyone know what i can do to fix this?  |

I would almost guaranty that the OP bought a Euro tri band phone ( 900/1800/1900MHz) off eBay. And needs the 850MHz band for use on AT&T in his area, which the phone dosn't have.
