So.. before my eyes.. the 3g network was finally activated in Charleston, SC!!! This morning, however, there's dialing problems (get an error message when calling long distance). Oh well. Hopefully they'll fix it.

yeah im sure there are bugs or systems that turn on slower.......something to do with provisioning maybe? i dont really know what goes along with turning a tower up if theres any system changes that need to be made that take a few hours
