I want to change my call forwarding to OFF but when I got to do that it will just change back to FORWARD:IF UNAVAILABLE. How do I fix that?

| You can not. AT&T treats that command as "reset to default" which is send to voicemail. If you want call forwarding off, you have to call CS and ask them to disable the voicemail.
