You can not delete ringtones that came with the phone, they are locked. Are you saving ringtones to the SD card or the phone? Also what format are you transfering the ringtones in and to where? When it say's corrupt does it give any other information? Have you tried from your computer using a data cable?

If you have an SD card in the phone, switch to that as your storage device & see if they will work. I keep all my ringtones & other extras on the card & not the phone. This may be why you can't delete them, somehow they became locked on the phone.

The original RAZR V3 does not have memory slot, so we need to know EXACTLY which RAZR you have. Example: the V3xx is having major issues that nobody will admit, my original V3 needed to be replaced 2 times before I got a phone that would stay connected to the tower longer than 5 minutes (and the first 2 original V3s I had did not allow street addresses in the contacts lists). Stupid marketing types like to confuse everything by using the same words for different devices. V3, V3c, V3m, V3i, V3xx.... Also, if someone has hacked the phone, then all bets are off. |

What major issue are you talking about with the V3xx? I have 2, 1 is mine 1 is my wifes & we haven't had any issues with them, they have been great phones so far.
