Just thought I'd let people know that when you call into at&t customer service with a question about how to do something on your device where they get their info. It's on the web site here. So if you can't find it here, call the manufacturer.

Another tip, if you think you were over charged for something, PLEASE look at the bill details BEFORE you call!!! and DO NOT demand a credit, ask politely for assistance, you are more likely to get the credit you're asking for!!
