I, too, experienced your frustration at being unable to find the website and the promised picture. Then, something on one of these posts caught my eye and I tried again, thinking myself foolish, by capitalizing the first words of the suggested link. It worked!!! So, instead of viewmymessage.com, enter ViewMyMessage.com. dr jerry |

i spent about 5 minutes trying to figure out why i couldn't view a multimedia message. every time it said invalid msg id/password. after looking closely at my message for a few minutes i noticed that what i thought was a lowercase L was actually a number 1. the two (as well as a capital i) look so similar that it is difficult to distinguish. i don't know if your msg id's have these letters in them but that might be your problem actually, after i realized this and tried it again, it wouldn't work anyway, b/c it said there was an "error viewing message" or something like that... |

Couple of things I discovered when trying to access this site: 1) Some people claim the site works on iPhone 2) When using iPhone on EDGE I am blocked from website 3) When using iPhone on WiFi it fails to login, never accepts id/pass 4) When using firefox the site loads but never accepts id/pass 5) Internet Explorer works fine! 6) The image/message is flash based so your browser/computer/device must support flash I agree, the site sucks! |

I was having the same issue and this is how I resolved it: 1. Enter the Msg ID and Password 2. CLICK the 'login' button -- don't hit 'enter' after entering the password!!! I hope this helps. It worked for me. |

Clear your browser and you may even want to try accessing viewmymessage.com from another pc/browser first. Also, you need to be using a pc as you cannot access it from most cell phones. If that doesn't work, then I would contact customer service (1-800-331-0500 or 611 from your cell phone) to see if they can assist with your issue. Lastly, you may need to have the person re-send the MMS.

The viewmymessage.com website comes up here - so if you are still having problems with it, I'd try clearing your browser, or try a different pc or browser.
