Effective 12/31/06 The Blue business customer sales/service phone #: 800-449-1222 will be disconnected & the new # will be: 800-331-0500

Starting 11/1/06 if you call the 1222 extension they will have a recording with the new #. And as of 11/1/06 you can start using the new #.

Steve, when I put in my phone no., I get a "Configuration Failed" error message as shown below. What am I doing wrong? I called CS and they were no help.

Just gives you a recording saying the number has been changed and gives you the 1-800-331-0500 #

i guess most companies figure out that the numbers get out there and with a merger like this they have a chance to start with fresh numbers so they put recordings on all the current numbers to call a single front number and they get a pool of fresh 1800 numbers for all the depts.
