Default New Panel Designs

All of the old ATT PCS towers are getting an overhaul in New Castle County DE. They were mostly 3 panel per sector sites. Now, they have one super-huge and thick panel per sector, along with 2 other (the older) thinner panels. I'm guessing this is adding 850 and possibly 3G. These sites were just nice bonuses in the PCS range, if they really have 850 now, I don't see why a Cingular phone wouldn't have 5/5 bars everywhere.

If I were to guess I'd say it was to add 3G, Maybe Mr. Kramer can call in on the Fresca Phone and give us his thoughts.
