Default Incoming calls question

If someone in Colorado calls me in Pennsylvania on my Cingular cellphone with their Tmobile plan will I get charged for the incoming call?

Yes, depending on the time of day, it will use your plan's peak minutes or your night and weekend (N+W) minutes. Since you mention a T-Mobile caller, no use of Cingular mobile to Cingular mobile minutes (M2M).

You are charged minutes whether you originate or answer a call (when the cell phone's transmitter is on).

You won't get charged extra. It'll just come out of your daytime minutes or it's free during nights and weekends (assuming your plan includes it).
