Cingular, Nokia Introduce Wireless E-Mail Device By Susan Rush September 12, 2006 Nokia is rolling out the Nokia E62 wireless e-mail device in an effort to make wireless e-mail more of a mass market application. The device will be available exclusively in the U.S. from Cingular Wireless. The E62 supports a host of personal and business e-mail platforms such as Good Mobile Messaging, BlackBerry Connect, Cingular Xpress Mail, Mail from Exchange and Intellisync. The E62 features a S60 Internet browser, support for Cingular's Media Net and gives users the ability to view, edit and create documents, spreadsheets and presentations. The device also supports five hours talk time, according to Nokia. Research In Motion recently introduced the BlackBerry Pearl. Like the E62, the Pearl was engineered to bring e-mail out of the boardroom. Cingular plans to offer the Nokia E62 for as low $149.99, beginning Sept. 29. http://email.wirelessweek.com/cgi-bi...Yn0B4I0Elan0EM

If it's anything like the 9300 Communicator, then can keep it.

I'd rather pay more and get the unlocked Euro version E61, with WiFi, of which the E62 does not. I'm curious how stripped down the E62 will be versus the E61?
