2 questions. When I set my phone to forward to my land line, am I charged?

And if Im on call forward does M2M apply to the party calling me?

When you set your phone to call forward there is no charge but all your calls come out of your anytime minute bucket.

Thats fine, I have about 4000 rollover anyway. What about the person calling me? I cant check that page, because the only source of net I have right now is my cell.
