ok heres the deal my mom has a used razor from her cingular account but upgraded to a different phone awhile back...now i my question is if i can get a prepaid sim card and be able to use the phone??? or do i need to get a pay as u go phone??? thnxs oh and she has a regular account with cingular but doesnt want to add me....  |

Yes you can.. just go to a cingular store and ask to buy a sim card. They cost $19.99... Then you call pay as u go cingular line 1-866-246-4852 and activate the sim and phone. easy as that | |
