I just recently purchased a 2125 phone and am trying to set up a VPN to connect to my corporate e-mail. I am being told by Cingular tech support and HTC (manufacturer of the phone) that even though you can set up a VPN connection on the phone, the phone actually doesn't have the VPN software installed. I was told I would have to download a 3rd party VPN software in order to make it work. Has anyone heard of this, or does anyone know where I can find VPN software for the 2125?
