I started my contract at the beginning of this month. I'm still under my 30 days to exchange the phone. Now my phone is FREE (rather than the $80 I paid for it) Should I get a credit? I could trade the phone on a different one, then trade back to this one & it would be, right?

Grr. I just talked to CS - They are applying my OVERALL $25 discount to the phone - not to the ORDER, as it shows on my receipt. So they'll give me a $4 credit, but not a $25 credit. they can't understand that if I ordered the phone TODAY it would be FREE! And that $25 would be applied to the $100 in accessories that I ordered. Grrr!

You guys are NO help, I tell you. I went into the store (which on the phone, they told me there is no way the store would do it, as I bought it online) I brought my receipt & tried to explain what the CS rep told me and what I was telling her. They totally understood & credited my acct. Ha! I'm vindicated! I'm invincible. I AM Jack Bauer.

I've found the stores to be much better than 611. The store reps always seem to understand the problem and then can at least relay it with more credibility to customer service. This is our old ATT store. Our local Orange store sucks.
