I'm going to upgrade very soon. I passed by the AT&T Wireless store and it said buy one Motorola v180 get one free. This is a great deal, but I was wondering, does it still count if we already have an account with them? If we upgrade 2 lines, will it sell one to use and give us one free for the other line? Also, to make things a little more complicated. I'm willing to upgrade all 3 of my lines and sign them up on a 2-year contract. The thing is, 1 of lines is only 8 1/2 months old, so thus the phone is only 8 1/2 months old. Do you think if I tell them I will buy the Motorola v505 for one line, get the buy one get one free Motorola v120 for the 2 lines, and sign a 2-year contract. They'll let me get away with one of the lines only 1/2 a month away from the 9th month mark or will they be strict and say sorry, you'll just have to wait. (I really hope that's not the answer). Anyone have this kind of experience or work for AWS? Please help I need to know A.S.A.P. Thanks again guys!

ok, the line of service you just added might not be eligible for a discount. generally from 9 months to one year is the timeframe to upgrade with a discount. your 1st 2 lines will be elegible. most stores will do the buy one get one, but not all. if they will do it, the 1st phone will be $70 plus the 30$ rebate. the 2nd will be 29.99 and the $30 mail in rebate. but you will also pay a $15 processing fee for each phone when purchasing in store if the att CUP system says no discount for the 3rd line you will have to wait hope this helps | |
