Today we had a new re-done "my account" section where our minutes were displayed differently and we had more options to choose from.

Well....something must have happened because they reverted back to the old version. Anyone know what gives?

Is it by market? I just logged back in again and it is still the old version (rolled back from the new version that was on briefly for me today)

cingular tried to roll out a new OLAM once before as well, they allowed you to get access to the same information you could get through the IVR that required the same info (phone number and zip code) and you could check things like minutes used and balance, etc; unfortunately it also allowed you to pay the bill if you had credit/check info already stored on file; well this drew the ire of some and so was done away with; i saw with the new version that they are trying to get streamlined (with a login somewhat similar to what you see on attwireless.com). I got to play with the new system for a few minutes, it looked cool, i welcome the ability to add or remove more features, this would make the forum easier, I could just say "log in and add xyz" instead of "call in and SPIN THE WHEEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I wonder if they will let us use our Cingular username like before. The way it is now you have to enter your phone number.
