| I have one voice mail call on my current bill (May billing period) and it shows that it was charged as nights/weekends rather than anytime minutes. I am certain I've never received a text message or a separately mailed notification regarding this change. Since I don't receive paper bills, I wouldn't have received a billing insert. |

Yes - it was during nights & weekends timeframe (11:30 Saturday p.m.). I was just meaning that my single VM experience on my May billing statement doesn't seem to be consistent with the change as it's been outlined.

Well there are 2 VM entries on my May billing, they were both during the day. They show my number as the number called but designates as VM in the type of call, and airtime usage of 1 min. each. Btw, I don't call my number to access my VM. PS: Now that I think about it, I haven't received any correspondence from Cingular, in any form for the last 3 months - maybe they lost my phone number?

| Voicemail retrieval charges Important Voicemail Message: Airtime charges apply to voicemail message retrieval from your wireless phone. Voicemail retrieval is not included in mobile to mobile calling. When you use the Return Call feature, which allows you to return calls from voicemail, airtime and any applicable roaming or toll charges will apply. Mobile to mobile does not apply to the Return Call feature. This message (or variations of it) have appeared on my bill since 9/2/06 statement. |

| Does it really matter that its a year old? Its only a DAY old to me, because I just googled ATT voice mail centers last night and this is what it came up with. I used 2 of the numbers from the list, thanks, and they worked and now if you want you can add another one to PA Philadelphia which is not on your list, I had to call me buddy and ask him for it. Its 215-200-9028. Thats not a mistype 200 is a legtiamte exchange although I thought odd, but it works. He lives in the 610- area code of Philadellphia, but they are within 5 miles or so. |

Either of the (215) numbers should work for the 610 exchange. Did you have a problem with them?

the easiest way to get your voicemail retrieval number is to call customer care... there are several (in some cases like NYC dozens ) retieval number for any given NPA range... they **can** span neighboring markets... call 611 and ask for the one that is assigned to your service... otherwise its a stab in the dark
