How can i connect my z520a to my windows 2000 pc. I ordered a cable with the phone but w2k doesn't know which driver to associate and the ir doesn't work at all. All i want to do in transfer files and sync with MS outlook contacts. I don't need an internet connection.

Hi there, you need to download the PC Suite software from the SE site. I use BT to sync with my Outlook and it works fine.
