On December 19th I had my parcel picked up and today it still shows sitting in arrival Decater, Ga on Dec 22 and depart decater, Ga on Dec 23 no where does it show it was picked up here at Jacksonville Florida. My concern is where is it I do not plan to pay for this replacement phone at full cost. It was shipped within the ten days of reciept. I suggest that Singular and smart label put a track on this and locate this defective turn-in phone. Also what will happen to all of my roll-over minutes once into the new year?

Cingular has a built-in grace period, and since they have the return label electronically generated they get free tracking via the web. They know where it is. Your rolover mins are fine, Only minutes more than 12 months old expire, you still keep all the others. Once you are 1 year into your plan you'll probably have a few mins expire each month, but they'll probably be replaced by minutes that you rollover that month.
