No problems here. Cycle ends on the 19th and I got my bill in before CHristmas. We'll see about this month. Cannot wait to see the roaming charges from Cayman Islands....which could mess the bill up. When I switched the account from my father's name into my name...boy that was a F-ing mess! Disaster! It got transferred to Pennsylvania to a randrom stranger once! Let alone they charged me for switching names on my account (36$). I got all the bogus charges waived (including 2 months of service at 59.99 for two lines, PLUS a month on the old 59.99 + 9.99 plan). It took a few calls, but I got all my rollover transferred and bill errors of over $150 corrected. My rollover minutes got extended for another year as well |

I am pretty sure when I signed up for the online account access caused this, although it may have been a coincidence. It was hard too, when calling in to check minutes, it allways said zero, so there were a few months that I went over my minutes, and this was before they had rollover. | |

Well to confuse matters even more yesterday I called cingular and change my plan from individual to family, added a 2nd phone which should arrive by the end of the week, and put a text message plan on the phone since it is for my daughter. This months bill is correct but be interesting to see what next month brings. Can't complain too much though as I am getting the family plan for 59.99 a month which is actually no longer offered. But I told the guy that it was still beind displayed in the Cingular store which I had just left. So he said he would give it to me for that price even though that offer expired 12/31/05. And before anyone ask, the reason I did all of this over the phone with Cingular is the phone my daughter wanted was free on line, but you had to pay for it in the store. All it cost me is shipping $5.99 and it should arrive before the end of the week. |

I would say don't worry about it if your bill has not been published or published late online. Rest assured that Cingular will find other ways to get your money.

I have been signed up for OLAM ever since and everything was fine before, so I guess I can't even say that. Quote:

Charlyee, I just changed my bill option to not receive a paper bill, as I don't even open them anymore. (I haven't opened one in about 2 years.) Hopefully this will give them more time to work on yours... |

Yeah, me too, that is I opted right from the start not to receive a paper bill. They send me an e-mail when its ready, I check it out on line and can print it of course if I need to. Then I just pay it on line before the due date. I actually have a few other bills that I do the same way, no paper

All right!!!!!!!. I finally got it resolved. I am all up to date with my billing. Cingular was profusely apologetic for all the calls I have had to make for the last 2 months and to makeup for my inconvinience they gave me the following: 1. One month free. 2. Unlimited data for 90 days. 3. 1000 text messages free. Ok I take back all (well maybe some) of the bad things I said about Cingular CS. See I always knew being a pest helps......

Yeah, but still pays to keep an eye on them. I purchased a 2nd phone and opted to switch to Cingular family plan, and I did so by calling Cingular direct. The new phone arrived a couple of days later, and I called to activate it and thought all was well until I went on line and logged into My Account. Showed the new phone with the family plan, but showed my original phone still under it's own plan |

My first post was dated 12/22, and there has been quite a few complaints all through the thread on various dates. I suppose if I had started a thread saying "Nokia is far superior to Motorola" or better yet "Motorola stinks" , you would have been all attention.
