|  Is Customer Service Down?
I've been trying to call for the past 4 hours, and I get through all the prompts and once I'm told i'm being transferred I get the busy signal. Maybe i've called too many times this past month and they've blocked me LOL. So anyone know if there's something going on?

Sounds like the phone system is messed up. I hate that press 1, press2, press1, press2....just give me a live person!
