ok so today (friday) i called c.s.to remove the $15.00 unlimited data, before ending the call i made sure that my 200 messaging pack would remain on my line,c.s. said yes removing the unlimited data would not cancell out my text messaging package, all is well and i hung up, i just went into my acct online and guess what? yelp text messaging pack also was deactivated, tried to add it back on in my acct website, website down please try back in 1 hour, now i guess i have to pay for 5 pic message's because a c.s.PROFESSIONAL didn't do her job.i have only been with them for less then 2 month's and i'm already thinking of just paying the etf, sell my phone to cover the fee and leave, i think att has redefind the word c.s.Specialist. |

I can relate to your ordeal and sympathize with you. AT&T provides excellent service but their CS leaves a lot to be desired. Just about every time I have dealt they have managed to botch up something totally unrelated to what I had called about. In due credit to them, they have always fixed their error. Do give them a call and have any charges resulting from this, taken off. Btw, if you look for old posts, you will see many where Shizam and I are "Misery Loves Company" buddies, they are all related to AT&T CS. Of course you are more than welcome to join us. Good luck, hope it has been sorted out. BlackBerry9700/5.0.0.405 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102 |

I have to agree with Charlyee. Call back and get it taken care of. Don't be so quick in leaving a carrier because of CS issues. Having spent time with all the major carriers, I can tell you the grass is brown on every side. Charlyee, I might be joining your group soon.

ok, i guess the problem is fixed for now,it took an upper tech supervisor because the c.s. just didn't understand the problem, the only thing i can say is the only differance between att c.s. and an outsourse c.s. is att speaks english. |

Unfortunately from my experience, only T-Mobile has a semi realistic coverage map. BlackBerry9700/5.0.0.405 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102 | |
