Default Insurance Exchange

I have 2 RAZR's on the family plan....both with the (now 4.99) lock-line. My girlfriends center button fell off, doesn't press well now. Also, the battery is conking out as she pulls it off charge at 7am and by 5pm, is on low battery...with minimal use.

Will Lock-Line do a claim just for these reasons?

If so, what is the procedure? Will they tack the $50 deductible on my bill....or will they ask for a CC or debit card on the phone?

I've never done an exchange with Lock-line.....just want to get your input....for those that have done exchanges.

Thanks

The 50.00 charge goes on the bill and lately is within a couple days of the claim. They will covr anything not under warranty . If the battery is under a year old you can exchange at a store . The battery will not be replaced with lockline unless it is lost or stolen.

The phone is over the year time frame, so the store is out of the question.
