After scouring through all pages and settings on my iPhone after I installed the 1.1.4 update, I have realized that no new features are offered. Here is my question - Why was the download for the 1.1.4 update 160MB? Is it possible that the 1.1.4 update preps iPhones for the release of the SDK, however the features are just inactive until a specified date? Either way, I’m over the latest iPhone software update, and now I’m anxiously waiting the release of the iPhone 1.1.5 firmware update. Here are some features that I’m hoping to see in the next release of the iPhone firmware: Copy & Paste Wi-Fi updates rather than syncing Flash Player for Safari browser Sync notes Purchase third party apps directly from iTunes - this would be a very nice feature because if applications were sold through iTunes, it would allow the apps to be tested and approved by Apple prior to release - more on this later. Send photos through text message

Don't you mean 2.0? This is due out next month, so there probably won't be 1.1.5, except for the iPod Touch maybe.

Personally, I think most of these "new" features are things that should have been included from the start. -Jay

| Yeah, I agree with you on this. I believe it's Apple wanting to control as much of the phone's experience as possible (sound like some carriers we know???). Now that they know how influential (and jail-breakable it is), they're loosening up a little.

I would like to see what you mentioned, along with landscape texting, and full MMS. Will that happen? One can only hope.

| Think about it, that would be a really cool idea (the landscape texting) because all 1.1.4 is the same as 1.1.3, only with out the bugs.
