The suits all seem to be a waste of time like the ditz over 200 bucks we all know a price will drop over time. And in a high tech word it drops faster. I feel no pain for her i hope the judge tosses her case out. Companies have the right to enter in to excl deals where by only they have full rights sell and service a item. As for the battery care anoter right of a copany to help 2 protech a copy rigted stuff.

When people bought the I Phone they knew it would be with AT&T at first. That was the deal. This is another reason we need to stop kids from being lawyers.

Frankly, just about EVERYTHING breaks California law...

California is truly a "red" state..a RED TAPE state.

Don't even bring up California. The state of California has been sending letters to my business for years stating that I have not filed California payroll taxes, and billing me for penalties. Numerous times I have written and called, explaining that I never had any employees claiming California residence, and still I get them. Last time I called, the person I spoke to was very rude, and basically said that California can smear my businesses' credit rating. I told him to go ahead, I don't operate my business on credit. What can they do to us? Nothing. We are in Virginia and have nothing to do with their state. The person I spoke to only had one thing on their mind. They told me that a check for $1,200 would make the problem go away. I'm sure some businesses just go ahead and pay it, and this scheme is probably a great moneymaker for California.

The sad part is that I'm not surprised. That's Sacramento for you...

There is only one thing that I can say to that. HA!

this is stupid. lets just make everyone carry all the same boring phones.

better yet, lets all wear the same clothes, government issued, food, housing....hmm this sounds oddly familiar...

And yet it is still full of too many people.

I am still waiting for the mass exodus, since so many people seem to hate CA, that way I can go back home to San Diego.
