Need help with backing up Razr V3a

Alright I posted this in the Motorola / Razr forums and got NO response.. So I guess im going to approach this from a different angle.. My wifes Razr V3a is about to die.. Ive gotten just about all her data backed up (calendar / pics / ringtones/ contacts)... But I cant for the life of me backup ALL of her text messages.. Im using the newest version of Bitpim and when I go to read the data off the phone it only reads certain text messages ... and NONE of the messages in the outbox. At first it appears that it was only reading messages in the inbox without pictures attached however that doesnt seem to the case upon further review..It only appears to have grabbed messages within the past week or so .. Ive dabbled with changing the phone settings in bitpim (V3C, V3CM, V3M, V3MM etc) and nothing seems to make a difference.. Long story short ..

Am I missing a configuration option in Bitpim ?

OR

Is there anyone out there that can tell me where in the phones Filesystem where the text messages are stored and ill just backup that directory manually ?

I JUST did a text by text comparison of what got backed up against what is on the phone and it DOES appear that bitpim only grabbed ALL the messages (with pictures and without) for the past 6 days (07/31/2009-07/23/2009)
