I currently have a razr v3m. My 23 month old daughter got my phone and bit the upper right corner cracking the lcd screen. My question is when I turn in a claim for a new phone what will they give me in place of the v3m since it seems they've discontinued that phone? The only razr I see on the alltel site is the ve20.

Well, I went to the alltel store today and they wanted to give me an lg phone. Don't know which one. Told'em I didn't want it and wanted a v3m or just another motorola phone because I have MPT and it would be useless for an lg phone. Anyway, I came home, called Asurion and cancled my claim. They started a new claim, had a v3m in stock and are now sending it to me next day. They were very helpfull actually.
