|  Can I purchase a new phone
Ok so here's the problem. I broke my phone (screen broke, batteries die in it) and I don't have insurance on it. What I want to know is can I buy a phone (ebay, best buy, etc) and get my plan switched over to it? I still have a year on my contract, and I don't want to buy a brand new phone from Alltel. Thanks |

You might call Alltel and if you can get the ESN from the seller before buying ask if it is activatable. *611 Customer Service will be able to help you out.
