Does anyone know of anywhere or who would be able to waive that hefty activation fee for activating prepaid service? I've got two razr's both on the alltel network that I'd like to get activated on prepaid plans. I just don't want to pay $110 just to barely get started

Sorry about that... by the time I got your PM I had already closed my stores and ended my contract with Alltel.
