"No response from remote computer" What now?

If the problem hasn't cleared up and was not a network problem, you more than likely have a username/signon issue. Call customer service to verify your info for the data card is set up correctly and are in the billing system.

Better to call TS, not CS. When you call in, take Option 3. All CS can do in regards to this is send you to TS - and get grumpy because they have to transfer you when they shouldn't have if you'd have listened to the voice prompts.

Frankly, this sounds as though the place you are trying to get to isn't responding. Your computer is not the "remote computer" after all.

my guess is your computer is sending the wrong info to the network and being denied so no response is sent back, check your activation mdn and min
