What trimode phone has the best reception now that V262 isn't available? in Wireless Carrier Users Forums; "The replacement V710 came in today. It looks "Condition: New, ..."

The replacement V710 came in today. It looks "Condition: New, Never Opened" and still has the protective plastic on it. It gets the signal I was expecting. It isn't activated yet because the Alltel 800 number was closed for the night. What a relief!

FYI for future use: You can change phones (ESN change) via tech support which is open 24 hours.

Thanks for the info.

What number do I call? The only one I know is 800 Alltel1 and it is not clear what option to choose to switch phones.

There is a option for tech on the 800# and *611.
