I have been told it will be available 5/12/06 lets wait and see well that was a wrong date they must have meant 5/5/06 here is the link http://www.utstar.com/pcd/view_phone...&bID=30&sAct=0 once there go to data devices across the top then view all then change carrier to alltel then click on the 6700 now on the right hand side click on downloads and there u will find the doc and file to upgrade rom |

According to the Alltel website the UT Starcom PPC 6700 is already available.

its is now available but one thing has not been fixed that says it is. the IT remote policy seems to be an issue
