Im confused on how axcess works. When i try to enter the catelog to purchase apps, it gives me a message that reads. "unable to retrieve catelog, please try again later. (554)" Does this mean that i need to have Axcess web? Does it mean that i dont have service in my area

i am an alltel employee call tech support at 1800alltel1 option 3 you are probably missing a code on your acct (no additional cost) that will open the axcess apps. you do not need mobile web to axcess the apps good luck if you need anything else email; me at mjb50501@yahoo.com also keep your eyes peeled new promo coming out by end of month it will be AWESOME!!!!!!
