    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 2006--Alltel
Wireless (NYSE: AT), America's largest network, today announced the
availability of the SCH-a645 handset from Samsung Telecommunications
    America (Samsung).

"The a645 from Samsung is an excellent handset for cost-conscious

hands-free features that make it perfect for busy parents."

    Samsung's a645 features a built-in speakerphone and advanced

contacts, calendar and select other phone tools by voice. This device
is capable of downloading games, ring tones and more. The a645 also
comes equipped with Axcess Web, which enables users to surf the
Internet, along with Axcess text messaging.

"Samsung designs phones with the consumer in mind. The a645 is for
the consumer that wants a quality handset with key phone features at a
reasonable price," said Peter Skarzynski, senior vice president,
    Samsung.

The SCH- a645 is available from Alltel for $9.99 after a $20

This is a pretty a cool little phone. I like the speaker phone screen on top and it's menu seems much better than other Samsungs I have used.
Is it too much to ask for a phone with physical buttons?
