Monday November 12, 7:00 am ET
Message & More Plans Include Unlimited Texting Plus Internet Access, Picture Messaging and Mobile-to-Mobile Calling

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q - News) has introduced a new set of Qwest Wireless® National plans for customers who send lots of text messages, surf the Internet and share photos using their wireless phones. Message & More™ plans give wireless customers more plans to choose from and include unlimited text messaging, plus Internet access picture messaging and free Qwest Wireless Mobile-to-Mobile calling.

Qwest Wireless Message & More plans expand the suite of flexible national plans Qwest Wireless already offers, including the Qwest Wireless National and Qwest Wireless National Shared plans. The Qwest Wireless Message & More plans feature the same benefits as existing plans: free calls to the customer’s Qwest home phone, one convenient bill for all Qwest services, free unlimited nights and weekends starting at 9 p.m. and the ability to add up to three more lines to shared plans for just $9.99 a month.

“With the proliferation in text messaging and photo sharing, people can stay connected to the people and things important to them with greater ease than ever before,” said Frank Simanson, vice president of Product for Qwest. “The new Qwest Wireless Message & More plans were designed to help customers take advantage of the many mobile ways to stay in touch.”

The Qwest Wireless Message & More plans offer the latest features and great value with a 500-minute plan available for just $59.99 per month. Customers receive additional value and savings when they bundle their wireless service with other qualifying Qwest services. Qwest Wireless Message & More customers may also choose to include video messaging for just $5 more per month.

Customers with Qwest local service and any Qwest Wireless plan also can choose to simplify their lives by directly forwarding calls from their home phone to their wireless phone with Qwest One Number Service®. And they can check all of their phone messages from one voice mailbox with Voice Messaging Link®. Both are offered at no additional charge.

Existing Qwest Wireless customers can maintain their current plans or select Qwest Message & More plans immediately without extending their contracts. Residential customers with a qualifying Qwest bundle that includes Qwest Digital Voice® local and long distance and Qwest Wireless plans may also be eligible for free long-distance from their home phones all weekend and after 7 p.m. on weekdays.

Qwest Wireless network services are provided on the Sprint® Nationwide PCS Network. New and existing customers can call 1-800-244-1111 for more information. To view a coverage map and get details about Qwest Wireless, visit a Qwest Solutions Center™ store or go to qwest.com/map.
