A regional carrier in NYC? I really hope not. It will take years and years and years for any new carrier to successfuly build out a useable and decent network.

Well Yankees, look at Metro PCS and how fast they are building out in LA, California! I think they can do it. Although they are not personally for me; many people would like to sign up for them in the Bonx and Brooklyn. But not much as for the business people. They will service from New York north upto Boston.
