According to both the Net10 website, yes, the Motorola C139 can download ringtones. On the TrafcFone website it just says the phone comes with 20 preloaded ringtones but does not mention the ability to download them.

Also, will the phone show Net10 printed on it like with most phones it shows the name of the carrier on the front?

The picture on the Net10 website didn't show any external Net10 branding on the physical case of the phone but I imagine it will show on the LCD display.
