Default Who makes the G'Zone for Verizon Wireless?

It is said to be made by UTStarcom, but the face says "Casio".

On the back, there's a small sticker that says Qualcomm 3G CDMA which shows its UTStarcom relation as well.

Who manufactures the phone and why are there two brands on it?

UTStarcom is the manufacturer/Brand, the 3g CDMA/Qualcomm sticker shows that the phone is licensed by Qualcomm who holds the license on CDMA technologies.

Original Developers, take for example the UTStarcom PPC6700, it's a HTC Design but UTStarcom is the "Brand" and the company manufacturing it.
