k790a questions

ok well i have only had one cell in the past and that means i have no experience with the new technology...

so here are my following questions concerning the sony ericsson k790a:

*does using internet cost extra money
*does getting bluetooth on your phone add to your monthly bill
*does the phone come with ear buds (i mean like the ones that came with the w810i, ie ipod type earbuds, also shure e4c.. hopefully u get the patern) not like ones that cover your ears..?
* how can i use bluetooth on my computer?? like how can i transfer songs from my computer to the k790a??
* what is the best carrier to get in British Columbia canada (ie the west coast)
* what is the best plan to get?? hopefully not too much for than $30... i think i would talk alot... and i would probably end up using the internet alot but if its going to cost a ton more, then i would prefer not to get it..

so lastly, any tips?
