Help me before I chuck my Treo 300 out da window!!

Got the Treo 300 (Sprint) for Xmas.... have lusted over it for quite a while and now I am ready to chuck it. Sprint is absolutely no help, I doubt that most of their techs have even seen one before.....

I have called, sent emails, smoke signals to Sprint and either I don't get a response or the canned response is so far off base that I end up getting frustrated and fire a not-so-nice email back.

1. I had a Samsung N200 from Sprint, using PCS email with my username. Got the Treo, apparantly, I cannot use that existing username but had to get a vision username. Fine, whatever, but they spelled my last name wrong and the site to enter a new Vision username has been down since Xmas. So now... I can't use the original, can't use the new one (wrong spelling of name), and no one in techsupport has a clue what I am talking about and the automated replys to emails give you details on how to use the non-working site.

2. When I receive an incomming SMS msg it always comes through with "No Caller ID" - regardless wether it comes from a web site, email, another phone, etc. The book clearly shows screen shots of this working. Sprint has no clue.....

3. How do you know if you have a VM or missed call unless you open the lid? Seems to me that the LED light on the top should flash or something to alert you. I'm getting tired of flipping the lid all the time.

OK, there are my gripes. PLEASE, if anyone can help it would be most appreciated!!!!!
