Default Sprint rumor... HELP

I read somewhere that 'text messaging' will incur a fee, even if you're a Vision user. Sprint saying that 'text messaging' is considered '2G'. So, basically Vision - username@sprintpcs.com is unlimited, etc...
But, then the text messaging is sent to the phone by phonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com is '2G' and charged $.25 a message.

The person that wrote this said he spoke to a 'top manager at Sprint', and talking to them for a week now, but, when I talked to a customer support person at Sprint, they had no idea what he was talking about and that only applied to '2G' customers. The only thing that scares me is what if the CSRs at Sprint just didn't get that information yet.

Can someone PLEASE clear this up for me? I'm freaking out. I don't know what's true and what isn't anymore.

I know that according to the Sprint website I'm only allowed 50 messages, but I don't know what qualifies as a message.

Speaking of messages, the SMS is a poor substitute for real messages. Why do you have to send a link to a message instead of just sending the message?

I have not heard anyting about this. If this was true you would have to be specifically notified. Also if you have messaging included in your plan now they can't charge you for something you currently have at no charge.

I have Vision, but I don't know if I have messaging. How do I find out?

I have Vison also and I get about 60 text message a month but I don't get charged. As far as I know their is no change. Sprints goal is with Len Lauer in charge is to make everything very customer friendly. Unless you see something notifying you on a billing statement of a change before the change occurs I wouldn't worry about it. But you aren't being charged for it now so you should not be charged for it if the new plans do.

Well, online, it says that my wireless web messages are 'unlimited'. Does yours say 60 wireless web messages?
