Ordering from Sprint Online

Who has ordered from Sprint's website before? I'm talking an entirely new service plan phone everything? Did everything go ok? Do they send your phone number and vision password along with the phone? Last question how does the return policy work when ordering online? I want to make sure that it works at home and school so if it doesn't I dont want to be stuck with it. I just ordered from the Sprint internet site and had no problems at all - just make sure to print out the emails and receipts they give you. There are actually bonuses for ordering online. Also, I made the mistake of picking a ____ty phone (Samsung N240) and then exchanged it at the store (within the 14 days) when it started dropping calls and generally being a piece of crap, I explained to them that it dropped every other call and I wanted a Sanyo instead and they set me up right away and I walked out without spending a penny more and a new Sanyo instead.

How long did it take to get the first email? I ordered on Sunday and have yet to recieve an email? Is this normal? How long did it take for you to get your phone?
