Default New Sprint phones?

I am waiting to get 3G phone that is small and syncs the address book with a computer. Is such a thing coming out? Does anyone have any info?
I figure the address book would sync with Outlook Express on a PC using a serial cable. Right?
Also when is 3G going up?
Thanks,

New Sprint 3G phones as well as their 3g network are supposed to be available 3rd Qtr. of this yr. For a peak at some phone possibilities, check out PhoneScoop.
